Refund & Return Policy

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

All sales are final. Because our products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed or printed.

2. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, layout, and design before printing.

Banner215 is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If confirmed, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.

No refunds — reprints only.

4. Color Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. These variations are not considered defects.

5. Turnaround Time & Delays

We strive to meet all turnaround times, including same-day services. However:

  • Delays caused by late artwork submissions or revisions are not eligible for refunds
  • Shipping delays are outside of our control

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins
  • Once printing has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded

7. Shipping Issues

Banner215 is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping carriers

However, we will assist you in filing a claim if needed.
